Anti-Spam Policy

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

Omnibound Work Inc. ("Omnibound," "Omnibound AI," "we," "us," or "our") sends email to inform, invite, and follow up with people who can genuinely use what we build. This policy sets out how we handle every commercial and marketing message we send, and what we require from anyone who sends on our behalf.

Scope

This policy covers every commercial and marketing message sent by Omnibound, including product updates, newsletters, event and webinar invitations, and outreach emails. It applies to our employees, our contractors, and any affiliate, partner, or third party acting on our behalf, across every domain we operate.

How people end up on our lists

We build our contact lists in two ways.

  • Inbound: someone requests a demo, downloads something gated, registers for an event, or signs up for a newsletter, and gives us their information directly.
  • Outbound: we reach out to people using publicly available professional information, where the message is relevant to their role, and we have a lawful basis for contacting them. We do not buy or rent email lists from third parties, and we do not send commercial email to any address obtained through unlawful means.

Sender identification

Every commercial email from Omnibound identifies us clearly as the sender, uses an accurate "From" name and address, includes a reply address that reaches a real person, and carries a physical mailing address in the footer. We do not use misleading subject lines or conceal the routing of a message.

Opting out

  • Every commercial email includes a working, one-click way to unsubscribe.
  • Opt-out requests are processed promptly, and the address is suppressed from future outbound mail rather than just removed from a single list.

We do not re-add or re-contact someone who has opted out.

What we don't do

  • Send unsolicited bulk email to purchased or rented lists
  • Send to addresses obtained without a lawful basis
  • Falsify or conceal sender identity, reply address, or message routing
  • Continue contacting anyone after they've asked to stop
  • Allow a partner or third party to promote Omnibound through practices this policy prohibits

Where our data comes from

Contact details come from first-party signups, publicly available professional information, and data or enrichment providers we work with under contract. Full detail on how we collect and use personal data lives in our Privacy Policy.

Legal alignment

This policy is built to align with the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States, GDPR in the EU and UK, CASL in Canada, and CCPA in California.

Reporting a concern

If you receive an email from Omnibound, or from anyone promoting Omnibound, that doesn't meet this policy, write to abuse@omnibound.ai. We investigate every report. Where a message breached this policy, we suppress the address from all future contact and take action against the sender.

Enforcement

Any employee, contractor, partner, or affiliate who breaches this policy has their access to our systems withdrawn, and, where they act on our behalf, their agreement terminated.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time.
